Timeline
The development phase for the MVP (iteration 1) was about 6 weeks from when the designs were approved. This iteration focused on the core value offered by MyLeader360 which was for participants to log into their dashboard, create evaluators, send evaluators survey links, complete their own self-evaluations, and then review a compiled report. Admins were able to log in to Avo Dashboard, import users, create evaluation cycles and evaluations, and upload completed reports.

Iterations
Once the MVP was launched the client received user feedback that was then relayed to us. Initial adjustments were UI based to improve findability and clarity.
Since launch, Level52 has expanded their MyLeader360 platform with subsequent features including Personal Reflections, AI co-pilot to help the participants determine strategies for personal growth, and the AI Oracle which helps participants find resources and programs for specific areas of professional growth.
Conclusion
Level52’s original intent with their digital transformation was to simplify and automate existing processes to improve efficiency and organization. Once their MVP was launched and the team spent time with the platform, they realized they could leverage other technologies to enrich MyLeader360 to improve the quality of their workshops and, in effect, develop stronger leaders. In-development and upcoming features are aiming to leverage AI to extract more meaningful insights from evaluator feedback to create more effective personal development plans to tune skills. Streamlining other internal processes will make exchanging information easier.
